                        Our company, Salutica Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 19 November 2012 as a private
                        limited company under the name of Blue Ocean Genius Sdn. Bhd. The principal activity of the Company is that of investment holding.
                        <br><br>
                        On 29 June 2015, we changed our name to Salutica Sdn. Bhd. and subsequently on 4 November 2015,
                        we became a public limited company.
                        <br><br>
                        The Company was listed on the ACE Market on 18 May 2016 before transferred to the Main Market of
                        Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 24 March 2017.
